Juho Reiman earned a Master of Science in Finance from Aalto University School of Business. He has experience in international investment banking and capital investment, especially tasks related to corporate reorganisation, valuation and economic modelling.
”It’s a pleasure to have the opportunity to influence the company’s development through board work, especially since I’ve been able to follow its journey for a long time,” says Reiman.

Kalle Toivonen has 25 years of management experience in different sectors, large international companies, Finnish SMEs and state-owned enterprises. He has previously worked in the language sector as CEO of Semantix Finland Oy and as a member of the Board of Finnish Language Service Providers (SKY). Toivonen’s thesis on generative artificial intelligence provided the foundation for launching the Edilex AI service, which is a generative AI solution aimed at legal professionals.
”I’m pleased that I can use my own expertise to support Lingsoft's development in the language technology and artificial intelligence transformation,” comments Toivonen on his new board position.

The Board is chaired by Juhani Reiman with Keijo Kaivanto, Fred Karlsson and Timo Kruskopfcontinuing as Board members.
