Our customer projects provide translators with the opportunity to work on different types of texts, including those in the legal, technical, marketing, medical and health care areas. Localisation
Localisation refers to adapting content to different languages and cultures to ensure that the message is communicated correctly and feels natural to the target audience. This is more than just translation – it means adapting the tone of voice, expressions, units of measurement, images and cultural references.
The work of a translator requires strong language skills, cultural knowledge and diligence. It also requires accuracy, creative problem-solving and the ability to examine text from the perspective of both the source and target audiences. We hope that translators have education in translation or other linguistic fields as well as previous translation experience. Our translators mainly translate into their own native language.
Terminology management
Terminology management refers to the consistent use of key terms and concepts in different languages and contexts. It ensures clear, uniform and professional communication, for example, in technical documentation, marketing materials or software interfaces. We provide our customers with a wide range of terminology management and glossary services, such as preparing, maintaining and updating customer-specific multilingual terminological glossaries and ontologies.

The work requires diligence, information retrieval skills and the ability to make justified choices between different options. Subtitling
In today’s world, subtitling of videos and programmes is widely used in both public administration and the business world. We provide our customers in the media industry with subtitling for TV series, training materials and company presentation videos. High-quality subtitling makes content accessible, understandable and enjoyable.
A good subtitling expert has an excellent command of the language, is accurate with regard to timing and able to summarise speech into concise and clear text. The work requires care, creativity and technical dexterity as well as interest in the language sector, proofing and subtitling work. Previous experience of subtitling and using subtitling tools is beneficial.
Transcription
Transcription means changing speech into text. It can be either an exact transcription that includes repetitions and sounds or standard transcription, in which repetitions and filler words are removed to clean up the text. Transcription assignments can include transcribing podcasts, recorded meetings or research interviews in different languages.
A good transcriber is thorough and accurate. The work requires excellent listening skills, fluent and clear language use and good typing speed (the recommendation is 70 words per minute). We also appreciate the desire to learn new things.
Easy Language and clear language
Easy Language, clear language and Easy Language adaptation make the message easier to understand. Easy Language is easier to understand than standard language for people who find standard language too difficult. Clear language, on the other hand, makes communication understandable for everyone. Easy Language adaptation means altering standard texts to meet the criteria for Easy Language in a way that preserves the original content but simplifies the structure and vocabulary.
A good producer of Easy Language, clear language and Easy Language adaptation is able to summarise the essential content, select understandable words and make the text logical and easy to follow. The work requires empathy, linguistic accuracy and the desire to make information accessible to everyone.
Content creation
Content creation refers to the planning and production of content for different channels – such as websites, social media, newsletters and presentations. The aim is to communicate the message in a way that makes an impact, arouses interest and engages the target audience.
A good content producer has a versatile grasp of the language, is able to adapt the tone and style according to the situation, identify the key message and present it in an interesting manner. The work requires creativity, diligence, the ability to understand concepts and a systematic approach.
