Lingsoft people
Lingsoft employs over 120 language and technology professionals, and our partner network includes more than 700 language experts and other specialists. Join our team and become part of our diverse, expert and happy staff.
Our offices are located in Turku, Helsinki and Stockholm. We have shared breakfast and coffee breaks, and canine friends often visit our offices to brighten up the working day. We use a hybrid model that combines office and remote work.
Working in teams
Lingsoft employees work in different teams. For example, our language services team includes service coordinators, service supervisors, language experts and developers. Our partner network is coordinated by a procurement manager.
Technology Services develops and maintains the different language technologies and tools used by our customers and Lingsoft employees. For example, solution designers in the production team develop speech recognition and machine translation technology and other AI-based language intelligence solutions. We also have a sales and marketing team, financial administration and HR.
